"you're funny...
...you know, they say pretty women usually aren't funny because they never had to be.

i had a mullet, huge glasses, and wore a letterman's sweater, yep, with a letter on it in high school.

i didn't date. period. hell, it explains why i'm a hell of a guitar player... cause i didn't go out, i didn't leave my room. i idolized the 'cool' people in the world.

i'm still a dork. at least you grew out of it.

Ack! That's me circa 1993! BIG glasses, BIG gair (OK, it's still big, but there's nothing I can do about that!), letterman's jacket, HUGE gap between my two front teeth. Yep, I was the queen of dorks.

Ugh, why did you have to go and remind me???

*Like Barnesanova, I am not insinuating that you are a dork. I however, was. Oh Lordy was a a dork! LOL!

All seriousness aside, that is one rad picture. I have similarly cool shots from childhood.

the more i come back to this, the more i respect the sense of humor and self confidence you have today.

the ability to accept oneself is a valuable trait. and it drives our ability to become stronger in life.

so kudos.

Why couldn't you show the picture of you in the Malifiscent costume?

That's the bomb-jazz.

I'm closer to getting through adolescence, this is true. I've gotten through the squeeky voice phase. I'm never giving up my Ninja Turtles and Spiderman addiction. That's ingrained in the soul, never to go away.

That and my love for nachos.

Oh man. I need to get access to my 8th grade picture in the gold t-shirt. The one where mom was convinced I looked good in gold.
Jon said…
You have a picture of you in a malifiscent costume? How much do you want for it?
Jon said…
I think the braces add to your cuteness.
