if you're totally busy and you end up taking a late lunch and you're driving along sandhill road around 3:15ish, you might be lusky enough to see my favorite couple. they get around on a skateboard. it's adorable. because tiny blonde girl stands on the front of the skateboard and backwards baseball cap boy stands on the back and pushes and holds tiny blonde girl up.
and if you listen close enough you can hear "the power of love" playing in the background.
i can't help thinking that the skateboard couple is a metaphor for something.

How's that for finding the meaning in the Skateboarding lovers. But a more realistic approach would probably be to see that it's probably HIS skateboard that they are riding on. And also HE is supporting her while doing all the work to get them where they want to go and SHE gets to enjoy the ride. Also, I'm sure he has altered his outward appearace (cap turned backward, cause we all know that any self-respecting skater would not wear his hat backward on purpose but would wear it either normal or slightly turned to one side of his head) so that she would be comfortable while enjoying the ride on his skateboard while he pushes the board along. It may very well be a glimps of things to come in their life. ?????
